When you register with us by creating a new account in our CryptoBee platform, we will automatically create a new free play money wallet for you and immediately start trading using it. The purpose of the play money wallet is for you to be able to get comfortable with using the CryptoBee platform, verify how it works and assess its performance, before opening an actual real money wallet for trading. In regards to trading with real money, CryptoBee trades by buying and selling cryptocurrencies on the Crypto.com Exchange platform. Therefore, to use CryptoBee you need to register on the Crypto.com Exchange and create a sub-account from your master account to link to your CryptoBee wallet (check our help video on Creating a sub-account in Crypto.com), create a new real money wallet in CryptoBee and link it with your Crypto.com sub-account (check our help video on Linking CryptoBee with Crypto.com).

You can use our simulator. If you are using our CryptoBee platform, scroll to the top of any screen and click on the "TRY OUR SIMULATOR" banner. Once on the simulator screen, choose the time period, investment amount and wallet risk profile you wish to simulate (you can also select/deselect the cryptocurrencies you wish to include by clicking the "+ Cryptocurrencies" drop list and toggling the coins). Once you have defined the intended setup, click the START SIMULATION button to initiate the simulation – notice that it may take a few seconds for it to start. As the simulation runs through time, notice how much your wallet would be worth by watching the "Wallet value" below the progressing chart.

If you are on your mobile device using our CryptoBee platform, click the "Home" icon on the bottom left of your screen, scroll down to the bottom of the Home page and click the "Create a new play money wallet" button on the screen. Once it has been created, scroll down again until you see it on the screen, and if you wish to verify or change its settings click on the dented wheel icon within its visual rectangular boundary.

If you are on your desktop device using the CryptoBee platform, click the "Settings" icon on the top left of your screen and click the "Create a new play money wallet" button on the settings screen. Once it has been created, you can verify or change its settings and click the "Save settings" button to apply them. Once back to the Home screen, you can click on the dented wheel icon within its visual rectangular boundary at any time to check or change its settings.

IMPORTANT: In regards to trading with real money, CryptoBee trades by buying and selling cryptocurrencies on the Crypto.com Exchange (note: use this link to register in order to benefit from discounted trading rates using a CryptoBee referral code) platform. Therefore, to use CryptoBee you need to open an account on the Crypto.com Exchange and within it create a sub-account for your CryptoBee real money wallet (check our help video on Creating a sub-account in Crypto.com), create a new real money wallet in the CryptoBee platform and link it with your Crypto.com sub-account (check our help video on Linking CryptoBee with Crypto.com). Until you complete this process and change the Trading Status of the wallet settings to "Actively trading" CryptoBee will not be able to make any trades for you.

Access the Crypto.com Exchange, choose SIGN UP or REGISTER and follow all the steps on that platform to create your Crypto.com master account, and then check out our help video on Creating a sub-account in Crypto.com

On your mobile device using the CryptoBee platform, click the "Wallets" icon on the bottom middle of your screen, then click on the chosen wallet, then scroll down until you find the "Settings" icon on the right below the selected wallet to see that wallet's settings. Scroll down and click on the LINK WALLET TO CRYPTO.COM button, which will open a new window for you to log in to your Crypto.com account and choose which sub-account you wish to link to the previously selected CryptoBee wallet – MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT SUB-ACCOUNT YOU INTEND TO LINK TO YOUR CRYPTOBEE WALLET. Once you authorise the link, go back to your CryptoBee app and refresh the Wallets page. Note that it could take up to a couple of minutes for the link to become active. Once it is linked, confirm that the Trading Status of the wallet is set to "Actively Trading". Once you confirm the intention to sell, CryptoBee will issue a sell order to convert the respective crypto units held back to US dollars.

If you are on the Home screen of your desktop device using the CryptoBee platform, scroll down to the wallet you wish to check or change settings, click the dented wheel icon on its upper right side to open and view the list of settings for the wallet, then make any changes if you wish. Click the SAVE SETTINGS button to apply them.

If you are on your mobile device using our CryptoBee platform, click on the "Wallets" icon in the bottom middle of your screen, then click on the chosen wallet, then scroll down to see the wallet indicators and its all-time historical chart.

If you are on your desktop device using the CryptoBee platform, click on the "Trends" icon on the top left side of your screen and scroll down to the intended wallet to see its indicators and all-time historical chart.

If you wish to withdraw your money and close your CryptoBee account, the first step is to convert all cryptocurrencies back to US dollars by selling all the cryptocurrencies in all your wallets. Execute the following steps for each of the real money wallets you hold.

If you are on your mobile device using our CryptoBee platform, click the "Wallets" icon on the bottom middle of your screen, then click on the chosen wallet, then scroll down until you find the "Cryptos" icon below the selected wallet to see the cryptocurrencies in that wallet. Scroll down to the bottom of the crypto list and click the SELL ALL COINS button below. Once you confirm the intention to sell, CryptoBee will issue a sell order to convert all the crypto units held in the wallet back to US dollars.

If you are on the Home screen of your desktop device using the CryptoBee platform, scroll down to the wallet that holds the crypto you want to sell, click the "+ Cryptocurrencies" icon on its bottom left side to open and view the list of cryptocurrencies in the wallet, then just click the SELL ALL COINS button. Once you confirm the intention to sell, CryptoBee will issue a sell order to convert all the crypto units held in the wallet back to US dollars.

Once you have sold all the coins, on your mobile device click the "Settings" icon on the bottom right of your screen, scroll down on the settings page and click the CLOSE AND DELETE MY ACCOUNT button. Once confirmed, all wallets and your CryptoBee account will be deleted and you can go to your CryptoBee.com account to request the withdrawal of your funds (please note that this last step is of the responsibility of Crypto.com and not of CryptoBee).

On your mobile device using our CryptoBee platform, click the "Settings" icon on the bottom right of your screen. Make sure you click the SAVE CHANGES button to confirm any change made.

The cryptocurrencies held in the Crypto.com Exchange will remain there if you delete its linked CryptoBee wallet or even if you delete your CryptoBee account. To regain access to it you may register again with CryptoBee, create a new real money account and link it to your Crypto.com sub-account again using our CryptoBee platform. Or you can also choose to manage it yourself within Crypto.com if you do not wish to continue using CryptoBee.

If you are on your mobile device using the CryptoBee platform, click the "Settings" icon on the bottom right of your screen. Scroll all the way down on the settings page and click the CONTACT US button. Fill in your message details and click the SEND MESSAGE button.
